High power lightening bleaching powder.
The powder is blue in order to clash the yellow tones that come up from the
normal bleaching process.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Mix 50 gr. of White Meches Plus with 100 ml. of
White Meches Plus Developer , to obtain an homogeneous mixture. Apply and
leave in pose according to hair type and lightening result desired. Rinse
thoroughly and shampoo.
